Returns Policy

Twin Apparel has a strict refund policy.

We know as much as the rest of you how frustrating it can be to order clothing, wait (im)patiently to wear your new clothes and then you have to send it back when it doesn't fit.

So, at Twin Apparel we focus on providing our customers with enough information to ensure you make the right size selection before purchasing.

Defective or faulty products

You changed your mind

You ordered the wrong size

We understand this might be off-putting; unfortunately we aren't Jeff Bezos (yet) and as a small business we aren't able to run an Amazon-style refund service where you can order every size, try them all on and then send them all back.

Shipping

Products are shipped from various Printful fulfilment sites and will be delivered between 7 and 22 days.

 

The variable delivery time is due to the personalisation and creation of each order, along with the availability of each colour and size at particular warehouses. The majority of orders will be fulfilled at the UK and Latvian sites and those fulfilled at the UK site will arrive quickest.

 

We can assure you your purchase will be worth the wait!
